Pretty much any outdoor gathering you'd want a roof over. Most weeks we're somewhere between a wedding reception, a corporate hospitality day, a milestone birthday, an anniversary, or a private festival. The same canvas dresses up beautifully for a black-tie evening and strips back happily for a louder, looser party — it's the styling, lighting and side walls that change, not the tent.

Yes. We install across England, Wales and Scotland. Steve quotes delivery per booking based on distance from base, so longer trips just show up as a transparent line on your quote — no surprises.

Absolutely, and we love these jobs. Stretch tents suit private festivals, raves, garden parties and milestone birthdays particularly well — the open sides keep the energy moving, the canvas swallows sound nicely for neighbours, and we can add full side walls, blackout panels, sound rigging and festoon or club-style lighting. Whether it's eighty people in a back garden or a multi-day field event, we'll spec it properly.

We run from a 6×6 m tent for around forty seated guests up to 15×10 m and beyond for larger weddings and festivals. For really big numbers we link multiple tents together to create one continuous covered space. If you tell us the guest count and roughly what you want to do under there — seated dinner, standing reception, dancefloor, bar — we'll suggest the right footprint.

Delivery, full installation, the tent itself with poles, ropes and ground fixings, and de-rig at the end. Side walls, lighting, flooring and heating are added as you need them so you only pay for what your event actually wants. The quote you get back from Steve breaks every line out clearly.

A 25% deposit confirms the date and takes it off the calendar; the balance is due 14 days before the event. Bookings made inside that 14-day window are paid in full up front. Everything goes by bank transfer and you'll get a written quote and acceptance trail before any money moves.

Stretch tents are built for normal British weather — wind, rain, the lot — and side walls keep things dry and warm when needed. In genuinely extreme conditions (high winds, lightning, severe storms) we may delay rigging or de-rigging on safety grounds, and we'll work with you to find a workable plan. Four to six weeks is comfortable, and summer Saturdays go faster than that — peak weekends often book months ahead. That said, it's always worth asking: short-notice slots open up, and with 40+ years of collective experience on the team we can move quickly when the diary allows.
